Biscuits, Pink Oyster Mushrooms and Gravy

Ingredients

½ lb pink oyster mushrooms chopped
12 biscuits – bakery guy
1lb ground breakfast sausage
2 cups milk
1 serving of Chicken bouillon
4 tbsp flour
Pepper to your liking

Preparation

  • Cook biscuits according to package

  • Sauté sausage and oyster mushrooms together in large skillet

  • Once browned, add flour

  • Stir until grease is absorbed

  • Add milk and bouillon along with pepper to taste

  • Stir over medium low heat until gravy thickens

  • Add more milk to desired consistency

  • Spoon over warm biscuits
