Oyster Variety Flatbread

Ingredients

½ lb of oyster variety or any mushroom variety
2 tbsp of Kerrygold butter
Naan of your choice
1 package of goat cheese
½ cup of mozzarella
2 shallots sliced thin
Pine nuts
Balsamic glaze
Arugula
Basil Olive Oil optional

Preparation

  • Saute mushrooms and shallots in pan

  • Crumble goat cheese evenly on Naan bread to your liking

  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top

  • Top with mushrooms and onion

  • Add pine nuts and basil olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to your liking

  • Place on pizza stone or baking sheet and place in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes

  • When remove from oven, top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze
